We’ve been working in the Enterprise Architecture (EA) discipline since 2002, though were were first introduced to the Zachman Framework in 1988 while trying to define a manufacturing enterprise model for a client of Digital Equipment Corporation. This was a year after the framework was published by John Zachman while at IBM. Like many technologies and methodologies, EA is still evolving in many aspects and dimensions, including: methods and practices, knowledge depth, maturity, marketplace offerings and professional recognition.
Our EA Assessment, Modeling and Design services were developed from successful engagements using proven services with our larger clients. We regularly follow industry practices and developments. We use proven approaches to using methods, achieving outcomes and producing artifacts that are useful to our clients. We don’t prefer one standard over another, or one approach over another, and instead tailor our EA services for what meets the needs of our clients, based on size, complexity and vision.
Our EA services portfolio includes:
- Enterprise Architecture Pre-Program Planning
- Enterprise Architecture Visioning, Assessment and Strategy
